Technovert is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources department and oversee our recruitment process. We looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter who can work in a fast paced environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes screening and understanding the fitment of the candidate for current requirement.
  • Should be comfortable using Applicant Tracking System.
  • Design job descriptions, feedback forms and get it approved by the Hiring Managers.
  • Should be able to work on multiple positions in the IT space .

  • Design the interview strategies based on TAT

Key skills looking for

  • Good experience in sourcing via different job portals

  • Have experience in handling multiple technology roles

  • Should have very good communication skills

  • People's person - who can provide good candidate experience throughout the interview process
