Business Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinating with business and technical stakeholders and understanding business processes across Business functions/departments 
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to convert the business understanding and expectation
• Into requirement use cases for the technology team to implement and test. 
• Validate user expectations or business logic before delivery to the user. 
• Acting as an interface between clients and the technology team 
• Work towards User Acceptance Test (UAT) to get user signoff. 
• Ability to take part in stakeholder discussions and provide meaningful suggestions 

Must have: 

• Excellent communication skills. 
• Banking / Financial institute domain knowledge 
• Sound working experience with functional and technology teams as a Business / functional /techno-functional analyst. 
• Good understanding of banking products 
• Ability to create functional/technical use cases out of business requirements. 

Nice to Have: 

• Database and SQL related skills and experience
