Role: Sales Director – Enterprise Sales
Technovert, it’s not your typical IT services firm. We love solving problems by harnessing the power of technology. We must credit our two successful products generating $2M+ in licensing/SaaS revenues which is rare in the industry.
Given the capabilities, Technovert is looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Director. If you’re the one who loves to take initiatives in driving the Sales team and who have the ability to find the pulse of the market and drive to set new benchmarks in the industry, we’re looking for you!
New customer acquisition: Create a systematic, sustainable acquisition strategy that can evolve with new trends and changes. Emphasize on winning new customers across the verticals and industries. Passionate to work on sales closure from 1st call interest generation to SOW and finally winning an account, while maintaining smooth coordination within pre-sales, practice, and leadership team.
Revenue Target and exponential growth: Plan and work towards maintaining the revenue growth consistently to get a hold on all the revenue channels. Focus on new channels that are feasible and brings in more value to the organization. Cling to new customer acquisition and sales plan (Territory, Industry, Technology and function) ready with monthly, quarterly, yearly & Multiyear dimension.
New Market/Industry entry: Ideate, understand and implement a new market entry strategy for different offerings with right team composition and processes for a better success in the specific Market/Industry. Manage multi-region opportunities by building and managing project specific sales teams and provide support to facilitate opportunity conversion
Sales Process transformation: Eliminate/add/Innovate any existing/ intermediate step of a process to make it easier and effortless for the prospect’s sales journey and thereby motivating the Inside Sales team in achieving target. Ability to understand client pain points through secondary research and meetings conversations and work with solutions team in defining appropriate solutions
Partnerships: Build meaningful partnerships as implementation partner, technology partner and specific vertical partnership with potential firms that add value and accelerate the business for both and resulting in Technovert’s overall growth.
Building Nextgen Salesperson: Bring in new initiatives that enhance the individual and team level capabilities in driving the organizational growth. Enthusiastic to disrupt service industry and ready to experience multi fold growth in revenue.
