Role: US IT Recruiter

- Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
- Should ensure to submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each of the requisition
- Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience recruiting for positions in US
- Must have experience working on W2 basis.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing technical queries and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
- Ability to work as a good team player, maintaining & building the candidate database
- Experience in "US Recruitment" in IT must
- Must have Sound knowledge on IT and Technical concepts
- Qualified candidate should have understanding of US staffing hiring process (for Contract & full-time positions).
- Understanding of Tax terms & need experience working with third party vendors.
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based Recruiting Tools
- Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Tax Terms - W2/C2C/1099 and Full-time (Benefits)
- Must have good rate / salary negotiation & closing skills
- 1 year of experience in US Staffing.
- Should be ready to work 80% of the time on W2 recruitment only.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work from office (Hyderabad)
- Experience in using job portals like Career Builder, Dice and LinkedIn.
