Given the capabilities, Technovert is looking for Inside Sales Manager. If you’re Technology agnostic and work with immense interest to create a sales pipeline through lead generation, we’re looking for you!
Sales pipelining: Work with management to create a sales revenue plan for the team, breakout assignments for geographic territories and individuals. Support deal closings as needed for individual sales. Track and analyse prospect progress through funnel, identifying areas for improvement within the systems or within the sales process.
Lead generation and nurturing: Monitor progress against this plan, noting opportunities for upside and potential threats. Work in close loop to track pipeline process, Report on status against this plan on a weekly basis to executive team and management.
Building Nextgen Salesperson: Bring in new initiatives that enhance the individual and team level capabilities in driving the organizational growth. Enthusiastic to disrupt service industry. Coach team members to upscale them. Day-to-day team management to achieve revenue goals.
